Starting therapy takes courage, but you don’t have to ride alone.

We’ll be right there with you, guiding the pace and helping you navigate the journey.

How We’ll Ride Together

  • Begin with a free 15-minute consultation to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.

The experience of engaging with a therapist for the first time or re-engaging after a pause can feel foreign, intimidating, and uncertain. We aim to meet you exactly where you are with a warm, comforting approach.

  • Next, we’ll schedule an intake session to explore your goals and chart a path forward. This helps us ease into therapy at a pace that you set, while making sure the time together feels rewarding, fulfilling, occasionally challenging, and well-spent.

  • From there, we’ll continue with ongoing therapy sessions, always tailored to your needs.

Ongoing therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and goals. Many clients meet once a week at first, with frequency adjusting over time as progress is made. Frequency can always be tailored to your schedule and situation.

Our hope is that clients will come to appreciate their sessions as dedicated time with a trusted confidante to focus solely on themselves. Sessions should be a place for clients to unpack their thoughts and burdens so that they can return to the rest of their week a bit lighter, and with helpful insights to guide their steps.
